The Miyota 8200 movement is roughly equivalent to the Seiko 7s26A. The 8200 can be manually wound but does not hack. It is Citizen's entry level work horse movement. It is robust, reliable and a good time keeper. Out of the box, they tend to be slightly better regulated than the Seiko.

(Add your watch in the comments below) The Citizen caliber 8200 (8200A) is an automatic movement with 21 jewels and a frequency of 21,600 vph. This caliber is made in Japan by Miyota (a division of Citizen Watch). The Citizen caliber 8200 is appears to basically be Citizen’s branded version of the Miyota (owned by Citizen) caliber 8205.
Unlike the 8200, these two calibres had only a very limited production life as Citizen made quartz watches their priority. The 8000 line was notable for the first use by Citizen of a uni-directional winding rotor, which was sustained by the 8200. For reference, the date only version uses the 8210 movement.
