Eurowind Energy A/S og Green Wind Denmark ApS har indsendt ansøgning om opstilling af 11 vindmøller ved engområdet Ulkær Mose. De 11 vindmøller forventes at få en rotordiameter på mellem 132 og 136 meter og vil blive op til 149,9 meter. De opstilles på en ret linje i nordvest-sydøst gående retning.

K/S Blue Holding er ejet 50 procent af Eurowind Energy A/S og 50 procent af Wind Estate. Eurowind Energy bidrager til det nye selskab med 28 møller i Overgaard (96,9 MW), samt 11 møller i Nørre Økse Sø (39,6). Wind Estate kommer med 16 møller i Overgaard (49,8 MW). Derudover betaler Wind Estate et beløb til Eurowind Energy.
