Do I need a shipment Certificate of conformity in Saudi Arabia?
All shipments passing through Customs into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be accompanied by a Shipment Certificate of Conformity. The Shipment Certificate of Conformity will be checked by Saudi Customs at the port of entry. Any shipment arriving without a Shipment Certificate of Conformity will be refused entry into the Kingdom.
When will Saudi customs give priority to products logged through Saber?
From July to December, Saudi customs will give priority to products that went through the Saber process. After December, customs will only give clearance to products logged through Saber. All products going through the Saber system must comply with SASO’s Technical Regulations.
