In 2021, the firm launched it first home energy storage solution. Esy Sunhome has a 12,000m² facility in Shenzhen, China and boasts 800 engineers and assembly line staff.

Does ESY sunhome HM6 have a warranty?

The HM6 is accompanied by a 10 year *performance* warranty. Esy Sunhome warrants the HM6 will either retain at least 70% of its original storage capacity, or achieve minimum throughput energy - which varies with the model. For example the minimum throughput energy for a 5.12 kWh system is 21.5MWh. For a 30.72kWh system, it's 129MWh.

How does ESY sunhome monitor a battery?

Monitoring is via the Esy Sunhome App, which the firms says also allows for complete control over the battery's operational status.
