Replacment units have been provided under warranty, and fitted by Puredrive staff in a very timely manner. Technical support provided by Jack to our local installer Cavin at Doyle Electrical Services has also been first class. Excellent service from all concerened.
Does puredrive support a faulty battery?
Great support for a battery issue. After a bit of toing and froing with updates to the inverter and battery firmware, eventually one of the battery packs was identified as faulty. Puredrive support organised a replacement battery to be shipped next day and use the packaging to return the defective battery. All organised by puredrive.
