Zappi 2 tripping breaker
The Zappi 2 has been performing happily since the start of the year but has started persistently tripping its breaker after around 30 minutes of charging at 7kW. Zappi V2 import limit applied to sum of 3-phases
Rather than run in 3-phase with current limiting (my grid import limit is 80A), the Zappi system decides to go for single phase mode and limits the drawn current to 24A (5.6kW) on L1 of each Zappi, giving a combined L1 demand of ~76A.

Zappi v2 and Intelligent Octopus Go
On the app the manual and scheduled tabs just control what is seen in the app, they do not control the zappi. With Zappi integration the Zappi needs to be in Eco+ at all times with no schedules set anywhere other than those Octopus set and deisplay in the Octopus app. If you switch to Eco or Fast, Octopus will switch the Zappi back to Eco+.

5 天之前· The Zappi uses the PWM to indicate to the car how much charge is available and the car decides how much of that charge to use. For a single phase Zappi maximum charge is around 32 amps / 7.2 kW and a PWM of 53% indicates that is available. If the PWM is less than that, then the Zappi is limiting charge.

Set device priority so that Zappi is #1 and Eddi is #2. Your myenergi system should then behave as you wish. Note that the Eddi may consume the available surplus before there is enough for the Zappi. The Zappi needs a minimum of 1.4kW for single phase and 4.2kW for three phase.

You should try to get the Zappi v2.1 with Lan/wlan. then the HUB is integrated in the Zappi and you only have to bring the lan with a powerline adapter to the zappi. The only challenge that remains is the Harvi for the ct. This is necessary for the timers! the Harvi is still connected to the zappi at 868mHz. See also here: Communications-Principles
