7 April,2021:-Statkraft has completed the construction of its second large-scale battery project in Ireland, a 26MW plant in County Kerry. About Statkraft Statkraft AS (Statkraft), a subsidiary of Statkraft SF, is a power utility which produces electricity and supplies district heating.
It will contribute to the nation’s goal of meeting 86% of its electricity needs from renewable sources by 2030, while enabling Barbuda to reduce annual diesel fuel consumption by 406,000 liters and cut carbon dioxide emissions by over 1 million kg.
